TouchView Interactive Wins Best-of-Show at InfoComm 2022
ULTRA Series focusses on ease-of-use for all
(Brockton, MA June 17, 2022): Brockton based Educational Technology startup TouchView Interactive announces it was named Best-of-Show in the Tech and Learning category at InfoComm 2022 last week in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The TouchView ULTRA Series captured the award with a focus on ease-of-use for both end users and technology administrators. The ULTRA Series is a 4K resolution, interactive display featuring up to 20 points of touch and robust screen mirroring capabilities.
“From design to delivery, everything we do at TouchView Interactive is geared towards customer ease-of-use,” said Paul Hickey, TouchView Interactive Global Director of Sales and Marketing. “Our screen layout and remote device management highlight how user experience drives what we do.”
The TouchView ULTRA Series home screen features five easily identified icons and an onscreen minimized user guide can help guide even the most tentative end user.
The ULTRA Series remote device management solution provides Enterprise level control in categories of Distribution, Control, Monitoring, and Security. TouchView ULTRA series panels include security features such as malware, trojan, and ransomware scans. Our Smart Firewall monitors inbound and outbound traffic using predefined security rules.
In addition to category leading security features, the ULTRA series MDM feature provides for remote trouble shooting, geofencing, distribution of apps and policies, and messaging including live audio and video messages. This messaging is a popular solution for Principals wanting to add video to morning announcements.
“We wanted to develop a panel that could go head-to-head with anything on the market and prevail based on the end user experience,” said John Houser, TouchView Interactive President. “Walking away with Best-of-Show tells us listening to the customer is always the best strategy”.
